Chicken Teriyaki

Chicken Teriyaki (easy way)

Ingredients A
1 cup soy sauce (or as you like...akak guna kicap kipas udang je dik..hehehe)
2 tablespoons honey (to taste)
1 teaspoon smoke sauce (akak guna bbq sos je)
2 cloves of garlic - chopped
1 inch size of ginger - chopped

6 chicken breasts - cut into serving size (atau ikut sukala)
2 or 3 tablespoons Olive oil (minyak tak payah byk2)

How
1) Marinate the chicken with ingredients A for 1/2 or 1 hour (depends)

2) Then fry with olive oil until the chicken cooked and the sauce thicken.

Ready to serve...

Blueberry Cheese Cake

SIMPLE BLUEBERRY CHEESE CAKE (my taste)

Ingredients
1 cup sweet biscuits crumbs (McVitie's biscuits)
1/3 cup melted butter (Buttercup's brand)
500g cream cheese, softened at room temperature (Philadelphia Cream Cheese)
2 teaspoons gelatine, dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water (Halagel's gelatine)
400g sweetened condensed milk (or to taste)
1/2 cup lemon juice (or to taste....lemon cordial pn ok)
130g yogurt (Nestle's blueberry flavoured)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Topping
1 jar of blueberry jam (medium size)
1/2 cup fresh blueberry
1/2 cup of water
sugar (to taste)
(mix together in a pan and cook until thick)
or you can buy the ready made topping at the store...easy way...hehehe

How
1) Mix biscuits crumbs with melted butter and press into base of a springform pan (loyangla kalau bahasa melayunya), then chill for 15 minutes.

2) Beat the cream cheese with mixer until smooth.

3) Then mix in gelatine mixture together with condensed milk, lemon juice, vanilla essence and blueberry yogurt.

4) Pour onto crumb base and chill in refrigerator (2-3 hours @ overnight)

5) Before eat, top with the topping and a selection of fresh fruits.

Ready to serve...yeeehaah!!

p/s: kalau tak mahu base tebal sangat..kurangkan biskut tu. kalau nak cheese lebih...tambah jela cream cheese another 250g or more ok.

School Holiday

15/03/2012 - Minggu cuti sekolah yang lepas we (nieces, nephews, sisters in laws & I) had planned to go out for a picnic at the swimming pool kat Bangsar Sports Complex...yeeehhaaa!!! We had so much fun...some of them were playing futsal (the elders) while some of them remains swimming in the pool (the youngers) and the rest (the mothers and the aunties) doing the gossip things...hahaha...well, nothing much we could do that day...so, gossip la...hehehe..


The kids...Qistina, Izzah, Rauhah, Waldan and Hariz...so excited. Budak-budak ni memang suka swimming sampaikan bathtub kt bilik air dilla pun selalu jadi sasaran tempat diaorang berkubang...hehehe...


Rauhah Solehah dan Izzah Khairina...makcik2 kenit...mulut masing2 mmg mcm makcik2...dah tak dapat nak tolong dah...hehehe...so cute!!


Auntie yang paling diaorang sayang...sayang ke? hehehe...


Members of gossip group for that day...hehehe...Kak Lyn, Kak Azie, Kak Siti and our niece Fifi, Ayun si kakak Fifi tengah berenang lagi masa ni...so, not in the picture la...Kak Lyn ni memang pandai masak...hari tu dia bawak chicken breast with pita bread...bahasa melayunya...kebab la...hehehe...tapi lepas tu kitaorang g makan tengahari kat Masjid Saidina Hamzah Batu Muda, makan nasi kukus ayam rempah...sedap! kalau korang datang kat Batu Muda ni bole makan kat tempat tu tp hari Ahad kedai tutupla...


Pool for adults...memanggil2 suruh berenang kn? dilla x berenang hari tu tapi tukang ambik gambor la..


Aktiviti lain hari tu for the boys...makcik diaorang nak join gak tapi takut berpoloh2 plak kang, achem nanti...hehehe...


Diaorang tak expect nak main futsal hari tu...ingat nak mandi kat pool je...tapi yela...pool's rules...one of them is you must wearing a proper pool attire...diaorang ni dah besar2 dah segan nk pakai swimming trunk or shorts...so, they decided to play just futsal.

Happy birthday to my dearest friend. Kepada kawan-kawan dilla yang menyambut hari lahir hari ni 22/03/2012 (Thursday), Dilla ucapkan Selamat Hari Jadi. Entah kenapa pulak terasa nak wish birthday kat kawan-kawan hari ini....mesti dilla terasa tak sabar nak tunggu birthday dilla agaknya...hehehe...alaaa...lambat lagila...Seronok rasanya tengok kawan-kawan bergembira. So, to my friend out there...wish you have a very nice birthday today. May today brings joy and happiness to you my buddy...

Ustaz Don Danial

Ceramah agama bersama Ustaz Don di Surau Kondo Putra Villa Taman Melati pada 24/02/12. Kat rumah Hanim my sister...kami telah berbondong-bondong anak beranak memeriahkan majlis ilmu nih...kelakarla ustaz Don nih...sama cam kat dalam tv.


Giliran para muslimah bertanya soalan-soalan last minit and mintak autograf. Akak ni sempatla menyelit skit konon2 amik gambar dengan ustazla...hehehe..


Fuhh!! memang stylo ustaz ni. gambar ni ehsan seorang sahabat di MAIS semasa ustaz berkunjung ke sana. pendekatan ustaz berpakaian begini ketika di luar ceramah mungkin menarik minat orang-orang muda ni. Kita tidakla perlu terlalu jumud...anak-anak muda sekarang ni mudah terdedah dengan anasir-anasir kebaratan yang melekakan, so, gunakanla pendekatan yang menarik minat mereka selagi ianya tidak melanggar syariah, betul x?

Hope you guys enjoy them. It some kind of motivational for me...guess so...these two songs really brought something in me back...which I lost years ago.

Aqiqah Farah Amira @ Baby Shower

nila babynya yang kita orang celebrate. tembam..tembam..buchuk..buchuk... an 8 months old baby named Farah Amira Bt Arief Hakim Sani. Buat pada 12/02/2012 kat rumah keluarga mertua Hanim kat Taman Ibu Kota Danau Kota.


cantik buaian ni kn? if i have kids myself...will have this kind of beautiful swing for their shower party...


Part of Dilla...my lovely Mom, my beautiful sister; Hanim, my younger brother Syahrul and of course my two cute nieces Hannah and Amira but there is another younger sister Nurul but she was not there during the kenduri (was at her college). Masa ni mak dah pencen...jadi surirumah berjayala kiranya...abang tengah cuti semester dan tengah tunggu nak buat industrial practical.


My dearest sister's family. She's my everything. Sayang dia sangat-sangat. Tengokla si Hannah tu...cutenya!! Hannah ni memang pandai posing and paling hebat guna ipad2. She taught me how to use an ipad...hahaha...what a smart lil girl.


Last but not least...my small family (can we call this a family when there is just the two of us?? hehehe...)
